Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility

• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Gift or sale items may have special conditions (e.g. final sale, no returns).

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Personalized or made-to-order items (unless defective).
• Items marked as “final sale”.
• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A full refund (including original shipping), or
• Store credit, as applicable.
This complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), Consumer Rights Act, 2015 (UK), and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

1. Email support@orkidoz.com with your order ID, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
2. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide instructions.
3. Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging).
4. Ship to the return address provided.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective or incorrect, Orkidoz covers return shipping.
• For size or preference-based returns, the customer pays return shipping costs.
• For EU and UK customers exercising their 14-day right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• No restocking or processing fees are applied.

Partial Returns

If you return only part of an order, the original shipping fee is not refundable unless the entire order was faulty.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g. different size or color), replacement will be sent after we receive and verify the returned item. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
