Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During promotional or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you in such
cases.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted courier partners for both domestic and international deliveries (such as India
Post, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, or equivalent).
Domestic Delivery (Within India)
• Delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1200.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
UK & EU Delivery
• Delivery time: 5–10 business days (UK) and 7–21 business days (EU).
• Import duties or VAT (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or may be payable upon
delivery, depending on local customs rules.
• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we provide a tracking number and courier link via email/SMS so you can monitor
your shipment.
Delivery Issues
• If delivery fails (recipient unavailable, wrong address, or unclaimed parcel), the courier may
attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
• Re-shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
• Please inspect your package upon receipt; if damaged, refuse delivery and notify us
immediately.
Title & Risk
Ownership and risk is transfer to customer once the product is delivered to your address or collected
by the courier after full payment.
