• “You”, “Your”, “Customer” refers to the person placing an order.
• “Products” means the baby clothing, accessories, and other items sold.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
By ordering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this contract.

Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed through Orkidoz are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, out of stock,
pricing error, or suspected fraud).
• When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment. This does not mean
acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance.

Prices, Payment & Taxes

• Prices are shown in INR, GBP, or EUR depending on your region and include applicable
taxes (GST/VAT).
• If your order is shipped internationally, import duties or local taxes to be borne by the
customer.
• Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted methods (credit/debit card, UPI,
PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure gateways).
• In case of failed or fraudulent payment, we will cancel the order.

Product Information & Use

We aim to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual color,
size, or texture may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in organic fabric.
Please follow the care instructions provided with each product. Misuse or failure to follow care
guidelines may void return or exchange eligibility.

Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orkidoz disclaims all implied warranties, including
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our platform will go through routine maintenance and therefore do not guarantee 100 %
uninterrupted uptime and error-free performance.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of
products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, designs, patterns, and content on the Orkidoz site are the property of
Orkidoz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

Severability & Waiver
